We’ll notify your creditors so you don’t have to.
As soon as your first monthly payment is processed and clears, Debt Consultants Group will reach out directly to your creditor on your behalf.
We do this for several important reasons:
- To officially notify them that you’ve enrolled in a professional debt relief program and are actively working to resolve your obligations.
- To help reduce or eliminate collection calls and other forms of creditor harasssment.
This step marks a turning point where your path to the financial freedom begins to take shape.
Expert negotiators working to reduce what you owe.
Once you’ve accumulated sufficient funds in your trust account, our skilled debt negotiators will begin contacting your creditors to negotiate settlements on your behalf.
At Debt Consultants Group, we’ve successfully settled thousands of accounts and built strong, trusted, relationships with major creditors nationwide. This enables us to reach favorable settlements often for just a fraction of the original balance.
- Typical settlement range:
We’re usually able to settle debts for 40%-60% of the original amount owed—meaning clients often pay $0.40 to $0.60 per dollar and enjoy average savings of 20-40% after applicable fees. - You’re always informed.
You’ll receive a notification each time a settlement is reached, keeping you in full control of your progress.
Complete The Program. Your debt gets resolved—one account at a time.
As each settlement is reached, your accounts will be resolved one by one, and your total debt will be significantly reduced.
Once all negotiations are finalized and your creditors agree to the reduced repayment terms, Consumer Debt Resolve will disburse the agreed-upon funds from your secure trust account directly to your creditors.
Graduation Day:
After all enrolled accounts have been successfully settled and paid, you’ll officially graduate from the Consumer Debt Resolve program—having eliminated your unsecured debt faster and for far less than originally owed.
